Lawyer recruitment is one of the foundations of our business and is executed by our team of experienced legal recruiters who are based in Sydney, Australia and London, England from where they cover both their local markets and other destinations of interest to lawyers.

The fee-earner team recruits lawyers into both the in-house sectors and private practice. Approximately 65% of this team’s work is focussed on the recruitment of lawyers into law firms whilst the remainder focuses upon in-house legal departments.

As well as London the in-house team recruit lawyers via the Benelux countries, Germany, the Middle East and in particular, Asia. Main sectors of focus are the financial industry, online enterprises (dot coms), the media and the oil and gas industry. Recruitment into law firms (private practice) covers London, Australia, New Zealand, mainland Europe, Russia and Asia.
