The Company
We have been a major player in the Sydney market since our conception in 2000 and have enjoyed a strong market presence in the UK for over 10 years and more recently in Dubai and New Zealand also.
We specialise in the recruitment of legal temporary, permanent and contract staff for top tier, through to boutique law firms.
We boast a strong team environment and a dedicated, stable team of consultants. We promote flexibility as well as team work and reward high achievement through not only an excellent commission and bonus structure but also by regular team events.
Our Management team is supportive and will invest in you to fast track your success.
The Role
Working with our established permanent desk you will be developing key relationships with an established client base to service their various recruitment needs.
You will be working in a fast paced, team orientated environment managing the development of this warm desk with the support of an excellent management team. Using your flair for relationship building you will work closely with both candidates and clients across the legal sector.
The Successful Candidate
You will have experience recruiting in office support, legal support or a fast paced recruitment sector. You will be a true professional with excellent communication skills, impeccable presentation and the ability to build strong client relationships and establish loyal candidate networks. Overall you will have the individual drive and determination to succeed while still working as part of a team.
