Now that the recession is over this is the ideal time to move into recruitment. We will consider either experienced consultants who can demonstrate success in other recruitment roles, people who have not worked in recruitment before but have either had a number of profitable years of sales experience or people who are starting their careers and can demonstrate some roles that have required the ability to influence others.  

Although recruitment is a sales role we cannot market our clients or adequately represent our candidates if we do not understand and can convey the detail of each of these positions or the facets of someone’s experience that helps them stand out from the crowd.

We invest a lot of time, money and energy in on-going training for our existing team and new joiners. We have a highly experienced team, who have been with us for a long time and aspects of the training is carried out, in house, by people who are working in recruitment on a day to day basis. We also use a number excellent independent external trainers and courses/events organised by APSCO.

We are looking for additional consultants in the following areas:  

Lawyer Recruitment – UK and international based in our London office.

Secretarial Recruitment – based in our London office handling London legal secretarial recruitment.

Marketing/BD Recruitment – also London based but with an international component as the role develops.
